About this product
The hand towel that hangs itself back up.
A pair of chenille ball towels in white and grey, each on a fabric loop, 25.4 by 20cm.
A pair of decorative chenille ball hand towels, one white and one grey, each 25.4 by 20cm with a sewn fabric hanging loop.
They are a hand towel in the shape of a ball, and the shape is doing something: the loops present far more surface than a flat towel, so they take water off quickly, and the loop means they hang on a hook rather than being draped somewhere.
Chenille is a pile yarn, and the ball format is what a kitchen or a cloakroom sink usually wants: something small, absorbent and permanently in one place rather than a full hand towel that ends up on the counter.
At 50 grams they are very light, which is the reason they dry quickly on their hook between uses. Air drying keeps the pile open; a hot tumble dry will flatten it.
